Alma brings over 23 years of UCSF experience, starting in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and advancing through roles in surgery coordination, residency coordination, and business analysis. She transitioned to Pharmaceutical Chemistry where she was the primary HR liaison. Most recently, she was instrumental in establishing an HR-shared service for the School of Pharmacy and managed all HR functions for the School's postdocs and staff.
In CVRI, Alma will manage all HR functions and serve as our liaison with HR shared services, leveraging her deep knowledge of HR policies and commitment to exceptional service.
